Booking & Deposits
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment Methods
- We accept cash and online payments only. No checks or alternative forms of payment are accepted.
Pre-Service Requirements
- Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. This allows us to provide a thorough and efficient service.
- For safety and efficiency, vehicles must be parked in a safe, accessible area (e.g., driveway or open lot) during the service.
Inclement Weather
- In the event of bad weather, we may reschedule your appointment to ensure the best results. We will notify you in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- We are committed to delivering exceptional results. If you have any concerns, please address them before the service is completed. Once the service is finished, all sales are final.
Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including scratches, dents, stains, or mechanical issues.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
